Social Search Club - Terms and Conditions

By entering your credit card or debit card information, or otherwise enrolling electronically, verbally, or otherwise, into the Social Search Club, you ("Client") are entering into a legally binding agreement with Hannah Brown (of Digital Priestess) according to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Plans
The Social Search Club is offered on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. The terms below apply to all members, except where a clause is stated to apply only to a specific plan.

Cancel Anytime (Monthly and Annual Members)
Monthly and annual members may cancel at any time. Access to the membership resources, community, and benefits will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or for an annual term already in progress.

Monthly Payments and Failed Payments
If you are on a monthly plan, your membership fee is charged automatically each month on the date you enrolled. If a payment fails and is not resolved, your access to the membership, community, and resources will be suspended, and continued failure to pay will result in removal from the membership. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method up to date.

Annual Payments
If you are on an annual plan, your membership fee is charged automatically once a year on the anniversary of the date you enrolled, and your membership renews for a further year unless you cancel before your renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next year, you must cancel before your annual renewal date. No refunds are provided for a renewal once it has been charged.

Lifetime Access
If you join on a lifetime plan, you pay a single one-time fee and are not charged any subscription, monthly, or annual payments. Lifetime access means you retain access to the content and resources of the membership for as long as the membership exists. In the event that the membership is closed down or discontinued, you will still be given access to the membership content that existed at the time of closure. Lifetime access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. The confidentiality, intellectual property, and no-sharing terms in this agreement continue to apply to lifetime members in full.

Grandfathered Pricing (Monthly and Annual Members)
If you join at a special rate, your pricing will remain locked in as long as you remain an active member. Should you cancel and wish to rejoin, you will need to do so at the current membership rate.

Confidentiality
The Client agrees to keep all program materials, strategies, templates, and proprietary information provided throughout the Social Search Club confidential. Sharing, selling, or distributing any program content to third parties, or using it outside the scope of the Social Search Club, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property
All content provided throughout the Social Search Club is the intellectual property of Hannah Brown and Digital Priestess. This includes, but is not limited to, course materials, templates, recorded sessions, and documents. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any of the materials, and may not use them for commercial purposes outside of their own personal business. These restrictions apply to all members, including lifetime members, for as long as they hold access to the content.

No Results Guaranteed
The Social Search Club provides strategies, tools, and resources designed to support your growth. Success requires a commitment to engage with the sessions, complete assignments, and actively apply the strategies taught. While guidance and support are provided, your results depend on your unique circumstances, efforts, and implementation. As such, no results are guaranteed.

Community Guidelines
The community space is a supportive, self-led environment for networking and updates. Members are expected to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the community without a refund.
