By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.

Self-paced online courses hosted on third-party platforms, including Skool and Stan Store
Monthly membership programmes
Group coaching and mentoring programmes
Done-for-you Pinterest set-up and management services

4. Purchases and payments
4.1 Pricing All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. Any changes to pricing will not affect purchases already completed. Programs purchased through Skool will be US dollars (USD).
4.2 Payment methods We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4.3 Payment plans Where a payment plan option is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full regardless of whether you continue to actively use the product or programme. Access may be suspended if a scheduled payment is missed or fails. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. We reserve the right to pursue outstanding balances through appropriate legal or debt recovery channels if necessary.
4.4 Membership subscriptions Monthly membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
4.5 Failed payments If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided. Access to products or programmes may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
5. Refund policy
5.1 Digital products All sales of digital products - including ebooks, templates, downloadable resources, and self-paced courses - are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once access has been granted or a download link has been issued. This is because the nature of digital products means they cannot be returned once accessed.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us at team@digitalpriestess.co.uk before completing your purchase.
5.2 Memberships Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not refund the current month's payment.
5.3 Group programmes and masterminds Payments made for group programmes, masterminds, or multi-session packages are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you choose to leave a programme early, you remain liable for any outstanding instalments under a payment plan.
5.4 Done-for-you services Due to the time and resources invested in done-for-you Pinterest set-up and management services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. A detailed scope of work will be agreed prior to commencement. Any concerns about the work delivered must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
5.5 Exceptional circumstances We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe you have a genuine and exceptional reason to request a refund, please contact us at team@digitalpriestess.co.uk and we will consider your request at our sole discretion. Raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us directly is a breach of these terms.
